Our Fees
Equity Release
We typically charge a fee of £895 payable upon completion of your Equity Release plan. Or 1.5% of the amount released. This is subject to your circumstances and we will discuss this with you.
Mortgages
For Mortgage advice you can choose how we are paid; pay a fee, usually £495, or we can accept commission from the Lender or a combination of both.
